Additional Parameters of Roles

To configure additional role parameters (e.g., add fields for specifying a department, position, etc.):

  1. Click image1 «Settings» at the bottom of the list of roles.

  2. As a result, a list of additional parameters in tabular form will be displayed (Figure 1).

To create an additional parameter:

  1. Click image2 “Add”.

  2. Specify the name and displayed name of the parameter.

  3. If necessary: specify the parameter as required («read-only» will not be available).

  4. If necessary: specify the parameter as read-only («required» will not be available).

  5. Click “Save” in the top right corner.

To edit an additional parameter:

  1. Place the cursor on the parameter value and press image3.

  2. Enter the desired value and press “Save”.

To delete an additional parameter:

  1. In the leftmost column, check the flags for the parameters you want to delete.

  2. Click the image4 “Delete” button.

  3. Save the changes with the “Save” button.
