Additional Parameters of User Accounts

In the “Users” section you can also configure user additional information (e.g. department, position, etc.):

  • Click image1 «Settings» at the bottom of the list of accounts.

  • As a result, a list of additional parameters in tabular form will be displayed (Figure 1).

To create an additional parameter:

  1. Click image2 “Add”.

  2. Specify the name and displayed name of the parameter.

  3. If necessary, specify the parameter as required («read-only» is not available).

  4. If necessary, specify the parameter as read-only («required» is not available).

  5. Click “Save” in the upper right corner of the screen.

To edit an additional parameter:

  • Place the cursor on the parameter value and press image3.

  • Enter the desired value and press “Save”.

To delete an additional parameter:

  • In the leftmost column, check the flags of the parameters you want to delete.

  • Click the image4 “Delete” button.

  • Save the changes with the “Save” button.
