Run Process Manually

To start a workflow manually:

  1. Make sure the “Tasks” section is open and the “Tasks” tab is active.

  2. Click image1 “Create Task” button located in the upper right corner of the tasks area.

  3. In the pop-up, select the workflow you want to start.

  4. If the workflow offers fields to fill in, fill them in.

  5. Confirm the action.

  6. The action will create a new workflow version. If the workflow requires creating tasks on users, then tasks will be created for each step of the process that must be completed in order to pass the process.


The “Create Task” button is not available if there are no business processes in the system to start tasks manually

Examples of usage:

  • Creating a record through a workflow directly, based on the data entered.

  • Passing through a process that is not linked to a record change.
