Task Search Criteria

Search criteria are available by clicking “Add criteria”. Only system criteria are used to search tasks.

ID (Identifier)

Each task has a unique identifier that uniquely describes a specific task. The criterion allows you to search for tasks by identifier.

Parameters are available for the criterion:

  • Empty value

  • Exact value

  • Starts with

  • Contains

  • Similar to

Title

Search for tasks by name. The text field, in which you can enter a task name or a part of a name, allows you to filter tasks of a certain type, specific to only one workflow in the system.

Parameters are available for the criterion:

  • Empty value

  • Exact value

  • Starts with

  • Contains

  • Similar to

Created Date

Search for tasks by creation date. Allows you to filter tasks created within a specified time period.

Completed Date

Search for tasks by completion date. Allows you to filter tasks completed within a specified time period.

Process display name

Search for tasks by processes. Allows you to filter tasks that belong to a specific workflow.

If one process is selected and it has variables for indexing, these variables will be added as new columns in the results list. Search criteria for new variables will also become available.

For the criterion you can use the options:

Assignee

Tasks search by executors. Allows you to filter tasks, in which a selected user is specified as an executor.

Candidate users

Search for tasks available to selected users.

For the criterion you can use the following parameters:

  • Empty value

  • Value

Candidate groups

Search for tasks available for specified user roles to work.

Parameters are available for the criterion:

  • Empty value

  • Value

Object ID

Search by record Etalon ID, that the task is associated.

Parameters are available for the criterion:

  • Empty value

  • Exact value

  • Starts with

  • Contains

  • Similar to

Namespace

Search by the location of tasks (entities, lookup entities) or a specific space (for example, lookup “Countries”). A search is also available for specific entities/lookup entities records (one or more).
