Assigning Tasks

Assigning to Current User

To assign a task to yourself:

  1. Make sure the “Tasks” section is open and the “Tasks” tab is active.

  2. If necessary, use the task search.

  3. Select the required task from the list and click on it.

  4. A drawer opens with a description of the task.

  5. Click the “Take to work” button in the upper right corner of the panel.

  6. As a result of the action, an area with fields for completing the task will become available. The standard pipeline provides “Approval result” and “Note” fields.

  7. After selecting the approval result, the completion of the task becomes available.

Assigning to Another User

To assign a task to another user:

  1. Make sure the “Tasks” section is open and the “Tasks” tab is active.

  2. If necessary, use the task search.

  3. Put the checkbox next to one or more tasks from the list.

  4. Click the “Actions” button at the top right of the task area.

  5. Select the “Assign to” action.

  6. In the drop-down list, specify a user to whom the tasks will be assigned.

  7. Confirm the action.

Tasks assigned to a user will have the “In progress” status.

Note

The ability to assign a task to yourself or to another user depends on access rights. Access rights restrict the available actions. For example, a data operator may have the rights to take over tasks, but will not have the right to assign tasks to other users.
