Event Executors

Before you start:

• Java-code with the event executor must be implemented.

• Jar-file with the executor must be loaded in Libraries.

To add an event executor:

1. Enable the draft mode of the workflow by clicking «Draft». Create new draft or open an existing one.

2. Make sure the “Executors” tab at the top of the process list is active.

3. Click the “Add executor” button at the bottom of the list.

4. This action will open the “Adding library” wizard (Figure 1).

5. Highlight the desired library and go to the next step.

6. In the left column, select the found executors and move them to the right column. Go to the next step.

7. Fill in the Name and Display Name of the executor, and select Supported Events and click “Add”.

8. As a result a new event executor will be added.

9. When you are finished, publish the draft. Click “Publish Workflow Draft” button at the bottom of the list. Select publishing method: simple or with priority.
