Duplicate Records View

Viewing duplicate records in the form of clusters becomes available in the “Duplicates” section, after the data matching mechanisms are configured.

There are 2 ways to configure the search mechanisms:

• Via Data Re-index Operation.

• Via Pipelines.

Via Data Re-index Operation

1. Configure matching mechanisms in the following sequence: Create matching tables → Create matching rules → Create rule sets → Assign rules to the entity/lookup entity.

2. In the “Operations” section of the system administrator interface, create and run the reindexDataJob operation with the “Update matching tables data” checkbox enabled.

3. View duplicates in the “Duplicates” section.
