How to use knowledge base

Two elements are used for page search and determining location of certain objects:

  • Side menu displays every available page. The opened page is highlighted in red.
  • The navigation row is displayed above. It shows the location of the page in relation to the full structure. The third section of the link in the browser address bar functions accordingly (see below).

Navigation elements

Pages of the online “Help” section has 3 types of links:

  • external source link. It is marked with the sign
  • link to a different “Help” page. A path to this page is displayed when you hover a cursor over it.
  • link to the header of the current page. Displays the header of the current page when you hover a cursor over it

Search for contents and pages

The online help engine only supports full-text search. We recommend searching by keywords or exact search values, such as the name of an interface element. If a search query is too long, the search results may be incorrect. Found matches are highlighted.

You should also keep in mind that certain wording from the paper version of the platform documentation may be changed.

The search doesn't work for incomplete words. Also, if you can't find results for a keyword, try changing the ending

If the search query partially or completely matches the page name, the user will see the following pages:

Important notes or warnings
Main text additions. Restrictions for function usage and details to pay attention to, etc.
What the guide is intended for, what information it contains, and what users it is intended for

Knowledge base link consists of several parts:;data_operator;task_processing#tasks

  • Part one: server address. May appear as localhost:<port>, <IP-server address>:<port> or <domain name>.
  • Part two: knowledge base adress on server. Cannot be changed.
  • Part three: page names in the knowledge base. If the page is nested (for example, one of the pages is inside a separate manual), the path to it contains the names of the parent pages. You must use separators between pages: a semicolon or a colon.
  • Part four: name of the page header (an anchor). Underscores are used instead of spaces, and the query starts with a sharp symbol (#).
